How many wears can I get out of the lashes?

All lashes are reusable up to 15-20 times with the correct care and maintenance

I just placed an order, when will it be processed?                                                   

Most orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be processed for same day dispatch, however please allow 24 - 48hours for your order to be processed.

Do you accept refunds/exchanges?             

Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However if an incorrect/damaged item has been delivered, please notify us immediately with supporting images via email for it to be looked into.

Can I cancel my order?                                     

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 1 hour of placing the order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details or kindly notify us via email at delashed@gmail.com immediately. No refund will be given for incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?            

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time, once order is dispatched you will receive a notification. Shipping times may vary & we are not responsible for any delays that occur at your local delivery office or customs.
