REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on simply unwanted goods.

To be eligible for a return on a faulty or damaged product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Send an email to delashed@gmail.com within  3 days of receiving your order to receive instructions on how to return the item. Delashed London do NOT pay for returns postage.

Please note; our lashes are handmade with care, therefore each one can be slightly different, this would be a minor difference and therefore NOT a fault.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

In the unusual event that you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange this for you. The item must be unopened and undamaged but please note that it is your responsibility to pay the delivery charges to return the product for an exchange.

If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
